McGill Planning has a wide range of experience in the preparation of Masterplans and Urban Framework Plans for a variety of schemes, including urban mixed use/residential developments.

These are prepared having regard to principles of urban design, sustainability, and relevant local, regional, and national planning policies. The preparation of such plans, in conjunction with leading architectural practices has been used to support the preparation of large scale planning applications on various sites throughout the country.
