McGill Planning has prepared submissions on behalf of clients to planning authorities in relation a range of issues, ranging from observations in regard to planning applications, to submissions to planning authorities during the preparation of all phases of both Development Plans and Local Area Plans. A well prepared submission often results in a particular zoning of land for the benefit of subsequent planning application and development.
