Oral Hearings

As part of our planning appeals service, we attend oral hearings held by An Bord Pleanála offering expert evidence as required. Our experience in these proceedings includes the co-ordination and leading of multi-disciplinary teams through the process tutoring various consultants in the particulars of the appeal. We also instruct or brief counsel, as appropriate.
