The principal of the company has over 25 years experience of the Irish planning system. This includes holding positions as a Planner in various local authorities including Dublin City Council and Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, as well as a Planning Inspector for An Bord Pleanála.

Colin has been in private practice since 2000, as a Director of HKR Planning for 3 years and Managing Director of RPS McHugh Planning & Environment in Ireland (subsequently part of the RPS Group). Colin has been a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1984, was Chairman of the Irish branch in 1992 and between 1998 and 2004 was the Irish Representative for the Institute on the European Council of Town Planners.

Patricia Keane MA Env.Sc. MRUP MIPI MRTPI - Director

Patricia is a qualified Town Planner and has been working in the private sector since 1999. Patricia has a broad range of town planning experience and has co-ordinated /managed a variety of medium and large scale mixed use schemes including a number of transport related projects.

Patricia has extensive knowledge of retail planning policy and has prepared a number of retail impact assessments for large retail developments including the Bray Town Centre retail development (c. 50,000 sq.m gross retail floorspace).

Aoife McCarthy BA MRUP MIPI - Director

Aoife qualified as a Town Planner in 2002 and has gained significant experience in the preparation, management and co-ordination of planning applications, Masterplans, Framework Plans, Environment Impact Assessments and appeals for a range of residential, mixed use-commercial and transport based projects.  Aoife has a range of experience in urban design and scheme development process, in particular for mid-large scale residential and mixed use projects.

Trevor Sadler BA MA MRUP MIPI MRTPI- Director

Trevor is a qualified Town Planner since 2004, with professional experience in the private sector both in Dublin and Cork. Trevor specialises in the preparation, management and co-ordination of Environmental Impact Statements, planning applications and appeals for mixed use, leisure/tourism developments, as well as land budget surveys and feasibility studies for sites in the Greater Dublin Area and Gateway centres.
